用放射配基测定法探讨人和大鼠血淋巴细胞β受体与[~3H]DHA结合的饱和性质。试验表明:人及大鼠血淋巴细胞β受体存在高亲和力低容量及低亲和力高容量两个结合部位,在测定有生理活性的高亲和力低容量位点时,正常人完整血淋巴细胞β受体密度(Bmax)为548.64±79.71fmol/10~7细胞,平衡解离常数(Kd)为6.80±1.40nM。正常SD大鼠完整血淋巴细胞β受体Bmax为285.21±32.71 fmol/10~7细胞,Kd为5.94±1.47nM。
Radioligand assay was used to investigate the saturation properties of β - receptor binding to [~ 3H] DHA in human and rat blood. Experiments show that: human and rat hemolymph cells beta receptors exist high affinity low capacity and low affinity and high capacity of the two binding sites in the determination of physiological activity of high affinity and low capacity sites, the normal whole blood lymphocyte beta The body mass density (Bmax) was 548.64 ± 79.71fmol / 10 ~ 7 and the equilibrium dissociation constant (Kd) was 6.80 ± 1.40nM. The Bmax of complete blood lymphocyte of normal SD rats was 285.21 ± 32.71 fmol / 10 ~ 7 cells, Kd was 5.94 ± 1.47nM.
