小学体育教学中“教”与“玩”的巧妙结合

小学教育是人类教育的启蒙阶段,这个阶段是小学生长身体,学做人,发展思维,学习知识的重要时期。体育作为学校里的一个特殊学科,肩负着提高学生身体素质,促进少年儿童身心健康的重任。体育以促进学生身体、心理和社会适应能力整体健康水平的提高为目标,构建了技能、认知、情感、行为等领域并行推进的课程架构。融合体育、生理、心理、卫生保健、社会、安全、营养等诸多学科领域的有关知识。小学体育教学应重视全面地发展学生的身体素质,为少年儿童的健康成长打下良好的基础。小学生有特殊的年龄特点,他们以机械记忆和形象思维为主,因此,教学活动应尽量采用尽可能直观、形象的教学。近年来,各地纷纷展开新课程改革,体育教师也不能一成不变。因而小学体育教师,要根据新课程理念和本学科的重要性以及小学生的特点来进行体育教学。 Primary education is the enlightenment stage of human education. This stage is an important period in which primary school students grow up, learn to live, develop their thinking and learn knowledge. As a special discipline in school, sports shoulders the task of improving students’ physical fitness and promoting the physical and mental health of children and adolescents. With the goal of promoting the overall health of students’ physical, mental and social adaptability, PE has constructed a parallel curricular framework of skills, cognition, emotion and behavior. Integration of sports, physiology, psychology, health care, social, safety, nutrition and many other disciplines related knowledge. Physical education in primary schools should lay stress on developing students’ overall physical fitness in an all-round way, laying a good foundation for the healthy growth of children and adolescents. Pupils have special age characteristics, they are mainly mechanical memory and image thinking, therefore, teaching activities should try to be as intuitive and vivid teaching. In recent years, various localities have launched new curriculum reforms, and physical education teachers can not remain unchanged. Thus primary school physical education teachers, according to the concept of the new curriculum and the importance of this subject and the characteristics of primary school students to carry out physical education.
