本文提出一种利用特殊的镜面成像系统进行三维图像分析和测量方法。作者应用这种方法对62付正常颌模型的三维特征进行测量,对每付正常颔模型均测出96个数据并进行统计分析,本文选用牙弓和齿槽座的宽度、长度和周长;以及腭盖高度的数据进行分析研究,得出北京18~25岁青年正常(牙合)均值、标准差、t 值和 P 值。实践证明,这种方法比用游标卡尺或其他三维测量方法有准确性高、简单易行和测量速度快等显著优点。
In this paper, we propose a method of three-dimensional image analysis and measurement using a special mirror imaging system. The authors used this method to measure the three-dimensional features of 62 normal jaws and measured 96 data for each normal jaw model. The width, length and perimeter of dental arch and alveolar base were selected in this paper. And the height of the palatal cover were analyzed. The average (standard deviation), standard deviation, t value and P value of normal occlusion in Beijing young people aged 18 ~ 25 years were obtained. Practice has proved that this method than the use of vernier caliper or other three-dimensional measurement methods with high accuracy, easy and fast measurement speed and other significant advantages.
