利用部分呼气流量—容积(PEFV)曲线对557例6~19岁青少年进行肺功能测试,其中200例加测最大呼气流量—容积(MEFV)曲线。同时建立青少年V_(FRC)与年龄、身高、体重的回归方程。测定结果:青少年肺功能各指标随年龄增长而增加,同年龄组内14岁前男女无差异,14~16岁呈双交叉,16岁后男性各指标明显高于女性,两者间有差异。作者认为V_(FRC)由于是在平静呼吸基础上测试,消除了容积史的影啊,可能在反映肺功能改变的敏感性上有一定优越性。
Pulmonary function tests were performed on 557 adolescents aged 6 to 19 years using a partial expiratory volume-volume (PEFV) curve, 200 of which were used to measure the maximal expiratory volume-volume (MEFV) curve. At the same time, the regression equation between V_ (FRC) and age, height and weight of adolescents was established. The results showed that the indexes of adolescent lung function increased with age. There was no difference between the age group of 14 and 16 years old in the same age group, double crossover between 14 and 16 years old, and the indexes of males were significantly higher than those of females after 16 years old. The authors believe V_ (FRC), which is based on calm breathing, eliminates the history of volume, and may have some superiority in reflecting the sensitivity of changes in lung function.
