在初中植物教学中,融入花卉知识,具有一定的可行性。其一,由于花卉与植物间有着密不可分的关系。就植物而言,它分为绿色开花植物和绿色或非绿色不开花植物;就花卉而言.它是指以观赏花为主要栽培目的一大类植物。可见花卉是植物中的一员,具有分布广、种类多、观赏性强而深得人类喜爱的特性,因此将花卉知识融入初中植物教学中具有可行性。其二,由于将花卉知识融入初中植物教学中符合初中学生的年龄兴趣特点。初中学生正处于长知识长身体时期,他们特别容易对新知识新事物发生兴趣,对生物学——这门揭示生物(包括他们自身)生命活动规律的科学更易发生兴趣。而绚丽多姿、五彩缤纷的花卉为他们所喜闻乐见,令他们着迷,如将花卉知识融入初中植物教学中,必能收到意想不到的效果。
