报道了高纯氧化钇中30种痕量稀土和非稀土杂质元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定方法.考察了谱干扰及基体效应,采用Ga内标能较好地补偿基体钇的影响.方法检出限为0.013～4.1μg/L.方法简便、快速、灵敏.
The method for the determination of 30 kinds of trace rare earths and non-rare earth impurities in high-purity yttrium oxide by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) has been reported. The spectral interference and matrix effects were investigated. The Ga internal standard could compensate the effect of yttrium The limit is 0.013 ~ 4.1μg / L. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive.
