本文观察了30例肺癌患者，血浆内皮素（ET）与心纳素（ANP）含量与30例正常人对照并分析了ET与ANP相关性。结果表明：肺癌组血浆ET、ANP比对照组均显著升高（P＜0.05），ET与ANP呈显著正相关（r＝0．79，P＜0．001）。结果说明在支气管肺癌发生发展以及ANP分泌调控中内皮素可能起着重要作用。
In this paper, we observed 30 patients with lung cancer, plasma endothelin (ET) and endocardine (ANP) content and 30 normal controls and analyzed the correlation between ET and ANP. The results showed that plasma ET and ANP levels in the lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and there was a significant positive correlation between ET and ANP (r=0.79, P<0.001). The results suggest that endothelin may play an important role in the development of lung cancer and the regulation of ANP secretion.
