利用等离子弧对节点构造中的1Cr17Mn6Ni5N含氮不锈钢进行焊接,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜分析了其焊缝、热影响区的显微组织,用显微硬度计测试了接头的显微硬度。结果表明,采用等离子弧焊接方法对不锈钢焊接,可以获得均匀光滑无裂纹的焊缝;焊缝组织主要是奥氏体及沿柱状晶分布的δ-铁素体,奥氏体晶粒内部有ε-马氏体;在热影响区析出碳化物及在晶粒内部产生ε-马氏体相变,且靠近熔合线的母材的一些晶粒内部及热影响区中出现少量孪晶;母材、熔合区、焊缝金属区的显微硬度值分别为190、210、292HV0.2。
The plasma arc was used to weld the 1Cr17Mn6Ni5N stainless steel with nodules. The microstructure of the weld and heat affected zone was analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The microhardness of the joints was tested by microhardness tester. The results show that the welding process of stainless steel by plasma arc welding can obtain a uniform and smooth crack-free weld. The weld microstructure is mainly composed of austenite and δ-ferrite distributed along the columnar crystal. The austenite grain has ε - martensite; precipitation of carbides in the HAZ and ε-martensitic transformation within the grain and a small amount of twins in some of the grains and in the heat-affected zone of the parent material near the weld line; , Fusion zone, weld metal zone of microhardness values were 190,210,292HV0.2.
