语言,是信息的载体,是人与人之间相互交流的工具。新课标提出,英语教学的目的是培养学生初步运用英语进行交际的能力,为学生提供尽可能多的语言实践机会。长期以来,在英语教学中,我们常常只强调培养学生“听、读、写”的技能,而忽视“说”的技能,很多学生因此成为“笔头的巨人,口头的侏儒”。因此,培养学生的英语口语能力,改变目前的“哑巴”英语现象,已成为初中英语教学的当务之急。 Language is a carrier of information and a tool for people to communicate with each other. The new curriculum proposed that the purpose of English teaching is to cultivate students’ initial ability to use English to communicate and provide students with as many language practice opportunities as possible. For a long time, in English teaching, we often only emphasize the training of students “listening, reading, writing ” skills, while ignoring the “say ” skills, many students therefore become “written giant, oral dwarf ”. Therefore, cultivating students’ ability of speaking English and changing the current phenomenon of “dumb” English has become a top priority for English teaching in junior high school.
