装卸料机(RFM)是核电厂执行堆芯燃料装卸的主要设备,其内套筒运行垂直度直接影响到燃料组件操作的安全。通过对某电厂装卸料机的调试执行分析,结果证明:内套筒运行垂直度可以利用激光发射/接收装置来精确测量;通过提高外套筒安装垂直度、内/外套筒同心度以及精确调整内/外套筒导向轮间隙,可以显著提高内套筒运行垂直度,从而降低燃料组件损伤事故的发生。
Loading and Unloading Machine (RFM) is the main equipment for nuclear power plant to carry out core fuel handling. The verticality of inner sleeve directly affects the safety of fuel assembly operation. Through the analysis of the commissioning of a loading and unloading machine in a power plant, the results show that the verticality of the inner sleeve can be accurately measured by the laser transmitting / receiving device. By improving the verticality of the outer sleeve, the concentricity of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, Adjusting the clearance between the guide wheel of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve can significantly improve the verticality of the inner sleeve to reduce the occurrence of damage to the fuel assembly.
