我院在1971～1981年收治的100例,肾脏病变33例随访疗效与结果以及胃肠道大出血病儿必须采用大剂量皮质激素(以下简称激素)抢救的体会,报告如下。资料分析:(一)性别与年龄男54例、女46例;发病年龄最小为6个月,最大为12岁。(二)分型本组病例100%有皮疹,根据其他症状分以下各型:单纯皮肤型21例,关节型30例,腹型18例,
