目的:建立测定脑力宝丸中远志皂苷元和远志酸含量的高效毛细管电泳法。方法:未涂层毛细管柱(75μm×57cm,有效长度50 cm);缓冲液20 mmol.L-1硼砂与20%甲醇;分离电压25 kV;检测波长210 nm。结果:远志皂苷元、远志酸的线性范围分别为13.25~212 mg.L-1(r=0.997 1),12.5~200 mg.L-1(r=0.997 7)。脑力宝丸中远志皂苷元、远志酸的平均回收率分别为100.5%,100.6%。结论:该法简便,准确、重复性好,可用于脑力宝丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a high performance capillary electrophoresis method to determine the content of Polygalacetin and Polygalate in Naoliobao pill. Methods: Uncoated capillary column (75 μm × 57 cm, effective length 50 cm), buffer 20 mmol·L-1 borax and 20% methanol, separation voltage 25 kV, detection wavelength 210 nm. Results: The linear range of tectoridin and polygala is 13.25 ~ 212 mg.L-1 (r = 0.997 1) and 12.5 ~ 200 mg.L-1 (r = 0.997 7) respectively. The average recoveries of Naolipao sapogenin and Polygala root acid were 100.5% and 100.6%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Naoliobao pill.
