路基压实度是现场路基施工质量的控制指标,传统的检测方法费时、费力,效率较低,影响施工进度,因此亟需一种简单、快速的路基压实度检测方法。文章依托郑民高速公路建设项目,在路基填筑过程中,进行大量的长杆贯入仪与灌砂法、环刀法之间的对比试验,试验结果表明对于细粒土,长杆贯入仪与灌砂法、环刀法之间存在良好的线性相关关系,可见长杆贯入仪可以代替传统的路基压实度检测方法,从而提高检测效率,加快施工进度。
The subgrade compaction is the control index of the subgrade construction quality. The traditional detection methods are time-consuming, labor-intensive and inefficient, which affects the construction schedule. Therefore, a simple and rapid subgrade compaction testing method is urgently needed. Article relying on Zhengmin Expressway construction projects, in the embankment filling process, a large number of long rod penetration meter and filling sand method, the ring knife method between the comparative test results show that for the fine soil, long pole penetration There is a good linear relationship between instrument and sand irrigation method and ring knife method. It can be seen that the long rod penetration meter can replace the traditional subgrade compaction detection method, so as to improve the detection efficiency and speed up the construction progress.
