通过对关东人参、高丽参和日本参中主要成分的分析比较,发现关东人参主要产品中人参皂甙、糖分、氨基酸、挥发油等含量均高于高丽参和日本参。在分析中还首次从红参中分得顺式石竹烯等15种化合物和田七素。
Through the analysis and comparison of the main components of Ginseng, Ginseng and Japanese ginseng, the contents of ginseng saponin, sugar, amino acid and volatile oil in the main products of Ginseng Ginseng were found to be higher than that of ginseng and Japanese ginseng. For the first time in the analysis, 15 compounds of cis-caryophyllene and other seven compounds were also obtained from red ginseng.
