写作是最具有个性化的,作文教学要从对未来人才素质的培养着眼,把学生个性的培养置于突出地位,充分地把人的差别性显示出来,使每个人都具有高度的向上性、独立性,北师大教授刘惕庆指出:“凭证教学目的何在,我看在于:解放人,解放人的精神和心灵,把写作主体潜在的想象力,创造力和表现力——即鲜活而强悍的生命力都尽快的释放出来”所以,写作是个性的解放。那么,在作文教学中,如何培养学生自主性、独创性的个性精神呢?我认为可以从以下几个方面去探索:
