底节出血又分为4型:(1)P(苍白球),(2)T(视丘),(3)H(尾状核头部),(4)C(内囊后肢和内囊放射冠和尾状核尾部)。
In this paper, 144 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were hospitalized within one week after CT scan were classified according to their hematoma size, site, degree of penetrating into the ventricle and ventricle, and to discuss the relationship between classification and prognosis. This classification is roughly similar to the previous classification of cerebral angiography. That is: hemorrhage of the basal ganglia, subcortical, pons and cerebellum. The hemorrhage in the basal ganglia is divided into four types: (1) P (globus pallidus), (2) T (hypothalamus), (3) H (caudate nucleus), (4) C Coronal and caudate nucleus tail). Although C and T may be confused with each other in a section, however
