长期以来,在计划经济和部门管理的体制下,企业和工业管理部门不注重经营销售工作。建材产品,由于长期不被承认是商品,且又短线紧俏,在建材企业,经营销售工作更不被重视。近年来,随着有计划商品经济的发展,市场机制的日益加强,在《建材工业发展纲要》的指引下.建材工业生产迅速发展,建材产品供需矛盾又渐趋缓和,经营销售对企业生存与发展的意义日益显著。客观现实对广大建材企业提出了一个严峻的问题,即必须把经营销售工作提到应有的位置上来。
