目的:建立柘、构棘及其药用部位鉴定方法,分析柘木商品药材品种。方法:薄层色谱法和紫外一阶导数光谱法。结果:9个柘木商品药材中,5、6、7、9号药材为构棘茎,1、2、3、4、8号药材既不是柘也不是构棘。结论:薄层色谱法不仅能鉴别柘、构棘2个品种,还可以区分不同药用部位;紫外光谱法不能解决品种鉴定问题,但可以对药用部位做出准确判断;TLC-UV联用能更准确、可靠的鉴定柘与构棘品种及其药用部位;本实验为柘木商品药材的品种鉴定和药用部位分析提供了科学有效的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish identification methods of spine, spine and their medicinal parts, and to analyze the varieties of medicinal materials of Alder merchandise. Methods: Thin layer chromatography and UV first derivative spectroscopy. Results: Among the nine alder medicinal herbs, Nos. 5, 6, 7, and 9 were spines of the construction spine, and Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8 were neither spines nor spines. Conclusion: TLC not only can distinguish two species of spine and spine, but also can distinguish different medicinal parts; UV spectroscopy can not solve the problem of variety identification, but can make accurate judgment of medicinal parts; TLC-UV combined Which can provide a more scientific and effective method for the identification of the medicinal materials of Alder and the analysis of medicinal parts.
