采用虚拟样机技术和ADAMS软件构建倒悬挂细碎颚式破碎机的仿真模型并进行分析,通过仿真得到破碎机行程特征值、肘板摆角及急回特性,仿真结果分析证明,倒悬挂颚式破碎机在进行作业时具有良好的运动特性,基本能够满足破碎机动力学要求。
The virtual prototype technology and ADAMS software were used to build and analyze the simulation model of the suspended suspended jaw crusher. Through the simulation, the stroke characteristic, swing angle and emergency response characteristics of the crusher were obtained. The simulation results show that the inverted suspension jaw crushing Machine in the operation has good movement characteristics, the basic crusher can meet the dynamic requirements.
