常德公路运输局现有客货车118辆(其中汽油货车51辆,木炭货车39辆,汽油客车16辆,木炭客车12辆),担负着常德专区及湘黔、湘川、湘鄂间地区物资运输任务。1959年全局职工,在党的建设社会主义总路线的光辉照耀下,广泛深入地开展了“安全、节约、车吨月产万吨公里”的群众运动。特别是党的八届八中全会精神的深入贯彻,广大职工群众斗志昂扬,意气风发,横扫右倾,因而生产成绩日新月异,在10月31日已提前两个月全面超额完成了1959年国家计划。1~10月份10个月全局客货车平均车吨月产达到9069吨公里,比1958年实绩提高42.8%,其中10月份客货车已平均突破车吨月产10,428吨公里。行车消耗,汽油平均每百吨公里6.57公升,比1958年降低3.81%,木炭平均每百吨公里16公斤,比定额降低1.2%;轮胎行驶里程53,076公里,比1958年
Changde Road Transport Bureau has 118 vans (including 51 gasoline trucks, 39 charcoal trucks, 16 gasoline buses and 12 charcoal buses), which are responsible for the transportation of goods in Changde Prefecture and the regions of Hunan, Hunan, Hunan and Hubei task. In 1959, the overall workforce carried out mass and in-depth mass movements “safely, economically, truck tonne producing 10,000 tons of kilometer kilometers” under the brilliant shining of the party’s general line for the building of socialism.
