为确定最佳适收期,对国内第一个鲜食专用玉米津鲜一号的嫩籽粒营养进行动态测定,发现:籽粒含水量、水解氨基酸、果糖、VE的含量随灌浆进程而减少;游离氨基酸、葡萄糖、蔗糖及总糖亦基本上随灌浆进程而减少,但在第18天有一个回升小高峰;水溶性多糖、VC的含量基本上呈两头低中间高的抛物线状;粗纤维的含量随灌浆进程而增加,其中第21天后增幅较大。根据籽粒营养动态,授粉后第18天品质最佳,并拟定以此为适收期。
In order to determine the best harvesting period, the dynamic changes of fresh kernel nutrition of the first fresh corn-only corn variety Xian-1 were studied.
