转速波动率和齿条抖动量是衡量柴油机调速性能优劣的一个重要方面。因此,用户、船检部门及柴油机厂都把转速波动率和齿条抖动量大小作为出厂试验的验收标准的一部分。无锡柴油机厂新300系列G6300ZC、G8300ZC型中速机于1982年4月通过鉴定投入批量生产,所用的YT111G型调速器组成的调速系统一直存在着低转速波动和齿条抖动问题。 1986年7、8月间,我厂改进的YT111GA型调速器,使转速波动率基本达到GB3475-83船用柴油机调速系统技术条件所规定
