免费开放政策实施后,报刊阅览室接待的读者数量远高于以往,读者对信息的需求呈多样化趋势,层次明显不同,对报刊阅览服务提出了更高的要求。本文从优化报刊阅览服务环境方面入手,分析服务环境、服务手段、服务质量之间的递进关系,阐明读者与图书馆员实现良性互动的必要性和必然性。
After the implementation of the free and open policy, the number of readers receiving newspapers and periodicals reading room is much higher than in the past. The readers’ demands for information are diversified, and the levels are obviously different, which sets higher requirements for newspapers and periodicals reading services. This paper starts from optimizing the environment of reading service of newspapers and magazines, analyzes the progressive relationship between service environment, service means and service quality, and expounds the necessity and necessity of positive interaction between readers and librarians.
