员工是企业最宝贵的财富,是企业的核心资产。但许多企业的员工却放弃优厚的待遇去寻找另外的岗位。也有相当多的企业的员工,工作着,却郁闷着,心不在焉,并不快乐,也谈不上全身心的投入。有的随时准备走人。如何去营造一个环境,让大家能够安心工作,快乐工作,工作着并快乐着的去全身心的投入工作,这就是一个极其重要的问题,本文从“心理契约”建设角度,从必要性、适应性、现实性上,就如何构建和谐的人力资源环境,提升企业核心竞争力进行探讨。
Employees are the company’s most valuable asset and the company’s core asset. However, many corporate employees give up generous treatment to find another job.
