一体化小型压水堆设备布置紧凑,空间狭小,维修可达性一直是设计、运维阶段人们关注的重点和难点,但业内没有定性的方法来有效地评价维修可达性。可维修性优的产品在保证可靠性的同时,还能保证维修所需资源(时间、人力、物力、费用等)达到最低限度,在保证维修安全的前提下,保证维修经济的最优化。文中基于小型压水堆一体化的设计特点,分析关键设备的维修需求,提出维修可达性的评价指标。
The integration of small PWRs with compact layout and small space and maintenance reachability has been the focus and difficulty of people in the design and operation and maintenance phases. However, there is no qualitative method in the industry to effectively evaluate the reachability of maintenance. Maintainability of products in ensuring the reliability of the same time, but also to ensure maintenance of resources required (time, manpower, material resources, costs, etc.) to a minimum, under the premise of ensuring the maintenance of security, to ensure the maintenance of economic optimization. Based on the design characteristics of small PWRs, the paper analyzes the maintenance requirements of key equipment and puts forward the evaluation index of maintenance reachability.
