以实验室自制高炉渣棉纤维为基材,分别采用聚乙烯醇缩戊二醛(PVA-GA)和酚醛树脂为粘结剂制备高炉渣棉纤维板,对两种粘结剂制备的保温板吸湿率和导热系数的考察与对比研究,然后对新型粘结剂进行改性试验,探究其对高炉渣棉保温制品防水性能的影响。结果表明:聚乙烯醇缩戊二醛作粘结剂的高炉渣棉保温板吸湿率为1.14%,有机硅憎水剂改性后的粘结剂制得保温板吸湿率达0.19%,导热系数达到0.020 6 W/(m·K)表现良好。
Based on the laboratory self-made blast furnace slag fiber, the blast furnace slag fiberboard was prepared by using PVA-GA and phenolic resin as binders, respectively.
