本文是根据武汉机床厂与西安交大机制教研室共同研究和试验的成果写成的,着重在分析刃磨螺旋槽滚刀时有关砂轮截形修整的一些理论问题。首先,分析了用锥面砂轮刃磨螺旋槽前面的滚刀时产生中凸形的原因,推导了其形状的精确计算公式。又分析了砂轮理论截形的精确计算法以及MG6425型高精度滚刀磨床上应用的砂轮修整器的工作原理及通用样板的设计。由于这种修整器结构简单、调整方便、刃磨精度高,又可避免工人用手工修整砂轮,提高了劳动生产率,对于制造高精度滚刀有可能发挥一定的作用。
This article is based on the joint research and test results of Wuhan Machine Tool Works and Xi’an Jiaotong University Mechanism Department, focusing on the analysis of some theoretical problems about grinding wheel truncation when sharpening the spiral groove hob. First of all, the reason why the convexity is generated when grinding the hob in front of the helical groove by the cone grinding wheel is analyzed, and the precise calculation formula of the shape is deduced. The exact calculation method of the theoretical truncation of the grinding wheel and the working principle of the grinding wheel dresser applied to the MG6425 high-precision hob grinding machine are also analyzed. The design of the universal prototype is also analyzed. Due to the simple structure, convenient adjustment and high precision of the sharpening device, the dresser can avoid the manual dressing of the grinding wheel and improve the labor productivity, and may play a certain role in manufacturing the high-precision hob.
