前言 电镀Co-Ni合金当前被广泛地用作数字计算机磁鼓的永磁层。Hughes航空公司已成功的应用这种电镀合金在数字计算机中,这种计算机是该公司为美国空军制造的最新尖端炮火控制系统的重要部分。因为减轻重量在该系统中最为重要,所以磁鼓用铝合金制造、先在铝合金上镀一层铜,再在铜上镀一层Ni-Co合金,其中Co成分占80%,Ni成分占20%,镀液纯粹用氯化物镀液,每立升镀液中含每种金属50克,硼酸40克,用来沉积合金镀层。
Preface Electroplating Co-Ni alloys are currently widely used as permanent magnet layers for digital computer drums. Hughes Airlines has successfully applied this plating alloy to digital computers, which is an important part of the company’s state-of-the-art gunfire control system for the U.S. Air Force. Because weight reduction is the most important part of the system, the drum is made of aluminum alloy. First, a layer of copper is plated on the aluminum alloy, and then a layer of Ni-Co alloy is plated on the copper. The Co content accounts for 80%, and the Ni content 20%, the bath is pure chloride bath, each liter of bath containing 50 grams of each metal, boric acid 40 grams, used to deposit alloy coating.
