人力资源管理系统是众多的企事业单位信息管理系统的重要组成部分,它对一个企业的发展起着关键的作用。在我国的不少中小企业当中,企业的领导层都比较重视人力资源管理工作,特别是在当前信息化的时代背景下,中小企业对于信息数据的统计和归纳工作方面的要求也在不断的提高。本文重点分析信息时代下中小企业人力资源管理现状及其内部变革,并运用云计算和互联网信息化技术来对其进行探讨和分析。
Human resource management system is an important part of many enterprises and institutions information management system, which plays a key role in the development of an enterprise. Among the many SMEs in our country, the leaders of enterprises pay more attention to human resources management. Especially in the background of current information age, the demand of SMEs for statistics and induction of information data is also constantly improving . This article focuses on analyzing the current situation of SME human resources management and its internal changes under the information age, and using cloud computing and Internet information technology to discuss and analyze it.
