目的探讨近距离放射治疗多发、广泛性尖锐湿疣的临床应用价值。方法对1997年6月至1999年6月在我院门诊就诊的外阴、阴道尖锐湿疣患者42例 ,进行近距离腔内和(或)表面敷贴放疗3～6次 ,放射源用铱 ,治疗参考点为粘膜下或皮肤下0.5cm ,点进距离为0.5～1cm,照射靶区包括肿物边缘外0.5cm,照射剂量为5GY,每周1次,总量为20～30GY。结果42例有40例(95.23%)在完成10～15GY的剂量后疣体开始萎缩,完成总剂量的1～2周后完全消失,治愈率100 %,不影响正常月经,不损害和改变生殖器官的解剖形态和功能。结论近距离治疗多发、广泛性尖锐湿疣是一种疗效确切,简单而易行的有效治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of brachytherapy with brachytherapy by brachytherapy. Conclusions Brachytherapy and extensive genital warts are an effective, simple and easy effective treatment.
