Since entering the 21st century, the pace of mankind moving from information society to knowledge society has been accelerating. In the process of creating a knowledge-based society, the spread of the term across languages has become the norm of terminology applications. As a special type of translation activity, the practice of terminology translation and the complexity of its theoretical construction have become increasingly apparent. The definition of traditional essentialism in the meta-domain of terminology translation can not fully explain the particularity of translation behavior and process. Based on the communication attributes of the process of terminology translation, with the help of the paradigm of discourse research on mass communication theory and the rethinking of the nature and process of terminology translation, this dissertation attempts to carry out an interdisciplinary innovation on the construction of terminology translation theory. The author proposes that terminology translation is a process of knowledge transmission across languages and involves the transfer, control, play, power, broadcasting and sharing and interaction of knowledge. The result of terminology translation is closely related to the essence and process of its transmission. The translators of terminology translation Subjectivity also has the characteristics of interaction.
