本文分析了近二十多年来,鞍钢高炉各种形式冷却设备成功与失败的经验教训,并通过4高炉两代生产实践剖析了冷却设备的破损原因,提出了4,6,7高炉在这代中修中炉身冷却设备及炉衬如何改进;介绍了新式横筋条式冷却壁,并围绕冷却设备的破损原因,提出了各种改进措施。本文还叙述了使用什么样耐火材料最适合于炉身,以及炉身砖衬如何设计,最后通过高炉操作制度对高炉炉体寿命的影响,提出了今后鞍钢高炉操作的方向。
This paper analyzes the experiences and lessons of the success and failure of various forms of cooling equipment in the blast furnace of Anshan Iron and Steel Company in recent twenty years and analyzes the reasons for the damage of the cooling equipment through the production practice of two generations of four blast furnaces. On behalf of the repair in the shaft cooling equipment and lining how to improve; introduced a new horizontal bar-type stave, and around the cooling equipment damage, put forward a variety of improvements. This article also describes what kind of refractory material is most suitable for the shaft body and how to design the shaft lining. Finally, through the blast furnace operating system’s influence on the life of the blast furnace body, the future direction of Ansteel blast furnace operation is proposed.
