长期以来,西德、捷克和日本对电磁感应局部加热的弯管方法曾进行过大量的试验研究工作。当西德刚提出这个研究课题时,由捷克发明的这种方法通过一家荷兰公司达到了生产成熟阶段并向全世界广泛推广。西德第一台中频弯管机于1971年问世。华北电力学院中频弯管机研究设计组从一九七五年开始研究、设计液压推弯式中频弯管机床。通过一系列理论分析、结构设计和测试实验,先后设计出Zw813、Zw325、Zw529三种型号的中频弯管机床,其中Zw813经测试鉴定已投产使用,Zw325经测试鉴定已定型待造。为贯彻双百方针,适当反应不同意见以活跃学术空气,同时刊登“中频推弯式弯管机设计和使用中几个问题的探讨”一文,供讨论。采用中频弯管机与一般弯管方法弯管后,在弯头处钢材组织变化情况以及强度性能,目前正进一步试验鉴定中。
For a long time, West Germany, the Czech Republic and Japan have done a lot of experimental research on the electromagnetic induction heating method of local bending. When West Germany just proposed this research topic, the method invented by the Czech Republic reached a mature stage of production through a Dutch company and was widely promoted throughout the world. West Germany’s first IF pipe bender was introduced in 1971. North China Electric Power Institute of IF bending machine research and design team from 1975 began to study, design hydraulic push-bend MF pipe machine. Through a series of theoretical analysis, structural design and test experiments, Zw813, Zw325, Zw529 three models of IF bending machine have been designed, of which Zw813 has been put into use by testing and identification, Zw325 has been tested to determine the shape has been made. In order to carry out the “two hundred principles” and appropriately respond to different opinions so as to activate the academic atmosphere, a paper entitled “Discussion on Several Issues in the Design and Use of Intermediate Frequency Push Bending Pipe Bending Machines” was discussed for discussion. The use of IF bending machine and the general method of elbow pipe bending, steel structure at the elbow changes in the strength and performance, is currently being further tested in the identification.
