目的 :维胺酯易受光的影响 ,将其制成包合物 ,再进一步制成软膏 ,以提高其稳定性。方法 :采用研磨法制备维胺酯 β 环糊精包合物 ,并制成O/W型软膏 ,进行含量测定、回收率及对光敏感性的初步研究。结果 :光照 10d后维胺酯包合物软膏标示含量明显高于维胺酯软膏。结论 :维胺酯包合物软膏较维胺酯软膏对光稳定
OBJECTIVE: The retinyl ester is easily affected by light, made into an inclusion compound, and further made into an ointment to improve its stability. Methods: The inclusion compound of beta-cyclodextrin was prepared by grinding method and made into O / W type ointment. The content, recovery and sensitivity to light were studied. Results: After 10 days, the content of the retinoic acid inclusion compound ointment was significantly higher than that of the retinyl ester ointment. Conclusion: The retinoic acid ester inclusion compound ointment is more stable than the retinyl ester ointment
