为了探讨肾舒对阿霉素肾病(AN)大鼠的保护作用 ,我们将 40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组 (N组 )、阿霉素肾病组 (A组 )、强的松治疗组 (P组 )和肾舒治疗组 (S组 ) ,采用一次性尾静脉注射阿霉素建立 AN模型 ,对 AN大鼠分别用强的松和肾舒治疗。以自动图象分析仪测定各组肾小球系膜细胞数密度、系膜基质指数 ,对免疫组织化学反应进行半定量测定肾小球中IV型胶原 (Col )、层粘连蛋白 (L N)及纤维连接蛋白 (FN)含量。结果显示 :A组大鼠肾小球系膜基质指数、系膜细胞数密度、Col 、L N和 FN均较 N组明显增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;S组大鼠以上五指标均较 A组明显减少 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 P组大鼠与 A组比较差别不明显 (P>0 .0 5 )。提示肾舒能明显减少肾小球系膜细胞的增殖和系膜基质的合成 ,从而对 AN大鼠具有明显保护作用 ,且治疗作用优于传统强的松疗法。
In order to investigate the protective effects of nesiritorale on doxorubicin nephropathy (AN) rats, 40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (group N), adriamycin nephropathy group (group A), prednisone Treatment group (P group) and Shunshu treatment group (S group). One-time tail vein injection of doxorubicin was used to establish AN model. AN rats were treated with prednisone and Renshu respectively. The number density of glomerular mesangial cells and mesangial matrix index of each group were measured by automatic image analyzer. The expressions of type IV collagen (Col), laminin (LN) and glomerular mesangial cells Fibronectin (FN) content. The results showed that the glomerular mesangial matrix index, mesangial cell density, Col, LN and FN in group A were significantly higher than those in group N (P <0.05). The above five indexes of group S were higher than those in group N There was a significant decrease in group A (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between group A and group A (P> 0.05). The results suggested that Shen Shu can significantly reduce the proliferation of mesangial cells and mesangial matrix synthesis, which has a significant protective effect on AN rats, and the treatment is superior to the traditional prednisone therapy.
