采用细菌培养人工龋实验技术比较了青少年牙釉质和老年人牙釉质对龋病的敏感性。结果表明老年人牙釉质比青少年牙釉质薄，但脱矿改变是相似的。因此，可以认为老年人牙釉质与青少年牙釉质对龋病的敏感性无明显的差异。
Bacterial culture artificial dental caries experimental techniques were used to compare the adolescent enamel and the elderly enamel sensitivity to dental caries. The results showed that the aged enamel was thinner than the adolescent enamel, but the demineralization changes were similar. Therefore, it can be considered that there is no significant difference in sensitivity between enamel and adolescent enamel in the elderly.
