目的为了进一步提高临床治疗尖锐湿疣的有效率,探讨和研究应用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)配合CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的必要性。方法选取清远市慢性病防治医院收治的80例尖锐湿疣患者,随机均分为2组(n=40)。观察组给予单用CO2激光治疗,治疗组在CO2激光治疗的基础上同时采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法,4周作为1个周期,观察2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组的治愈率显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)配合CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣,效果显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To further improve the efficiency of clinical treatment of condyloma acuminatum, explore and study the application of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) with CO2 laser treatment of condyloma acuminata necessity. Methods Eighty patients with condyloma acuminatum treated in Qingyuan chronic disease prevention and treatment hospital were randomly divided into two groups (n = 40). The observation group was treated with CO2 laser alone. The treatment group was treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy on the basis of CO2 laser treatment for 4 weeks as one cycle. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the observation group, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of condyloma acuminatum with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) and CO2 laser has obvious effect and few adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
