目的 观察缺血预适应 (IPC)对大鼠肢体缺血再灌注后肠粘膜损伤的影响 ,以进一步探讨IPC对肢体缺血再灌注后肠粘膜屏障功能的保护作用。方法 实验用雄性Wistar大鼠 1 8只 ,随机分为对照组、缺血再灌注 (IR)组和缺血预处理 (IPC +IR)组 ,每组 6只 ,分别测定血浆和小肠组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、黄嘌呤氧化酶 (XOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、二氨氧化酶 (DAO)的含量变化及小肠组织的湿 /干重比值 (W/D)、髓过氧化物酶含量 (MPO)及双链DNA百分率 ,血中异硫氰荧光素标记的脂多糖 (FITC -LPS)水平。结果 IPC减轻IR后引起XOD、MDA、MPO、FITC -LPS、W /D、血中DAO含量的升高 ,并且增加了SOD、小肠组织中DAO及双链DNA百分率。结论 IPC对肢体IR继发的小肠粘膜屏障功能损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of ischemic preconditioning (IPC) on intestinal mucosal injury following limbs ischemia-reperfusion in rats and to further explore the protective effect of IPC on intestinal mucosal barrier function after limb ischemia-reperfusion. Methods 18 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, ischemia reperfusion group and IPC + IR group, with 6 rats in each group. Conclusion IPC has a protective effect on functional impairment of intestinal mucosal barrier secondary to limb IR.
