痢特灵对消化性溃疡及幽门结扎胃溃疡的作用,以前已有报导;此作用可能与痢特灵抑制胃酸分泌有关。本实验将大鼠束缚于网络板上,置于26℃~27℃水中六小时,使大鼠胃粘膜受损。实验证明痢特灵对束缚-水浴性胃溃疡(应激性溃疡)也有保护作用。此作用不被消炎痛(具有抑制胃粘膜内源性合成前列腺素的作用)所阻断。此结果表明痢特灵的细胞保护作用不是通过抑制胃粘膜合成前列腺素而致。此外,我们用放射免疫法测定了大鼠血清胃泌素含量,发现痢特灵具有抑制本实验条件下胃泌素分泌的作用。我们认为痢特灵细胞保护作用的机理很可能是抑制胃泌素的合成和分泌。
The effect of furazolidone on peptic ulcer and pylorus-ligated gastric ulcer has been previously reported; this effect may be related to the inhibition of gastric acid secretion by furazolidone. In this experiment, rats were restrained on a network board and placed in water at 26° C.-27° C. for six hours, which caused damage to the gastric mucosa in rats. Experiments have shown that Dieterine also has a protective effect on bondage-bath gastric ulcers (stress ulcers). This effect is not blocked by indomethacin, which has the effect of inhibiting endogenous synthesis of prostaglandins in the gastric mucosa. This result suggests that the cytoprotective effect of furazolidone is not caused by the inhibition of synthesis of prostaglandins in the gastric mucosa. In addition, we measured the serum gastrin content in rats by radioimmunoassay and found that bupropion has the effect of inhibiting gastrin secretion under the experimental conditions. We believe that the mechanism of cytoprotection of furazolidone is likely to inhibit gastrin synthesis and secretion.
