在汽车生产的输送设备当中,往复小车是最常见的设备类型。往复小车一般用于将需要装配或者是需要测试的汽车零部件在两个或者多个工位之间往复传递。为了实现对小车的控制,就需要对小车提供动力电源和控制信号。传统的方式是通过电缆提供动力电源和控制信号,但这种方式由于受到小车工作频率和电缆寿命的影响,小车的运行速度和定位精度都不高,并且小车的稳定性较差。本文介绍的轨道导向无线往复小车RGV(Rail Guided Vehicle)(以下简称小车)无论是供电系统还是控制系统都采用了全新的无线传输技术,从根本上解决了传统往复小车速度慢、定位差、稳定性不高等缺点,为高效率的汽车生产提供了保证。
