近年来,我国流动儿童义务教育问题引起了国家和各级政府部门以及有关专家、学者的极大关注。流动儿童义务教育相关政策法规日益完善,但在取得一定成效的同时,还存在一些有待于解决的矛盾。美国流动儿童义务教育的政策法规和体系,以及所遵循的教育公平和全纳教育理念,对我国流动儿童义务教育政策的建立健全具有一定的启示意义。
In recent years, the issue of compulsory education for migrant children in our country has drawn great attention from government departments at all levels, as well as relevant experts and scholars. The relevant policies and regulations on compulsory education for migrant children are improving day by day. However, while some achievements have been made, there are still some contradictions to be solved. The policy, rules and regulations of the compulsory education for migrant children in the United States, and the concept of education fairness and inclusive education they follow, have certain enlightenment significance for establishing and perfecting the compulsory education policy for migrant children in our country.
