“反思教学”就是教师自觉地把自己的课堂教学实践,作为认识对象而进行全面而深入的冷静思考和总结,它是一种用来提高教师教学,改进教学实践的学习方式,不断对自己的教育实践深入反思,积极探索与解决教育实践中的一系列问题。进一步充实自己,优化教学,井使自己逐渐成长为一名学者型教师的过程。简单地说,反思教学就是最终实现教师学会教授,学生学会学习。反思性教学是提高语文教师业务素质的一种强有力措施。教师不断地审视自己的教学,质疑自己的教学,对自身教学观念、行为与思维方式的再认知、再创造、展开行动研究,生成新观念、新教法、新措施,使低效或无效教学转化成“高效教学”。
