本文介绍了在华东石油学院钻井岩石力学实验室建立的岩石三轴蠕变试验装置以及部分大庆泥岩岩芯的蠕变试验结果,证明大庆泥岩蠕变服从非线性模式。试验研究表明,围压的减少(即地下应力差增大)将加速泥岩的蠕变,含水量对泥岩的蠕变特性影响特别大,水浸泥岩层将大大加快其蠕变速度。本文提出的由试验所建立的蠕变经验模式及本构方程,为定量分析在地应力作用下,套管的岩压外载依赖于时间的变化情况提供了科学的依据。
This paper introduces the creep test results of rock triaxial creep test set up by Drilling Rock Mechanics Laboratory of East China Petroleum Institute and part of Daqing mudstone core. It is proved that the creep of Daqing mudstone obeys the nonlinear model. Experimental studies show that the reduction of confining pressure (that is, the increase of underground stress difference) will accelerate the creep of mudstone, and the influence of water content on the creep characteristics of mudstone is particularly large. The water-saturated mudstone layer will greatly accelerate its creep speed. The creep empirical mode and constitutive equation established by the experiment proposed in this paper provide a scientific basis for quantitative analysis of the dependence of casing rock pressure on the time under the action of in-situ stress.
