This article describes the design and construction of an elevated highway bridge in the coastal town of Biloxi, Mississippi, USA, spanning residential areas and bustling urban areas, addressing the challenges of land acquisition and maintaining the normal opening of State Road 90 under the bridge and bringing the outstanding states Interconnected to be connected.
