小浪底水利枢纽是黄河治理开发的关键工程,由于黄河泥沙影响,枢纽运行后在库区各支流河口产生倒锥体淤积体,致使在库区水位低于倒锥体淤积面时,倒锥体内水泄不出形成死水难以利用。畛河倒锥体内死水容积是小浪底枢纽库区最大的死水容积,通过建设新安自流引黄工程,可以激活畛河倒锥体内死水,改善涧河水生态环境,使死水发挥效益。文章结合小浪底水利枢纽运行方式、畛河泥沙淤积形态、涧河的水生态环境等方面分析了自流引黄入涧的可行性与必要性。
Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project is a key project of the Yellow River harnessing and development. As a result, when the water level in the reservoir area is lower than the silty surface of the reverse cone, Unable to drain into the formation of stagnant water difficult to use. The volume of stagnant water in the inverted cone of Bahe River is the largest dead volume in the Xiaolangdi Hubu reservoir area. Through the construction of Xin’an gravity diversion project, the stagnant water in Bahe River inverted cone can be activated to improve the water ecological environment of Jian River and make stagnant water play an effective role. Based on the operation mode of Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project, sediment deposition pattern in Huhe River and aquatic environment of Jianhe River, the article analyzes the feasibility and necessity of gravity flow into Huangjian River.
