化学镀制备的纳米Ag/SnO_2复合粉末的烧结性能研究

采用化学镀法制备出具有包覆结构的纳米Ag/SnO_2复合粉末,并通过粉末冶金工艺制备AgSnO_2复合块体材料。对包覆型纳米复合粉末的烧结性能和致密化行为进行研究。分析了相关工艺参数对复合材料致密度、硬度以及导电率等性能的影响。结果表明:化学镀法制备的纳米Ag/SnO_2复合粉末具有较好的包覆结构且粒径较均匀,但存在一定量的吸附杂质,经650℃预烧处理后可去除大部分杂质。经真空烧结后可获得比未预烧样品更高的致密度、硬度和导电率。 The nano-Ag / SnO 2 composite powder with the coated structure was prepared by electroless plating and the AgSnO 2 composite bulk material was prepared by powder metallurgy. The sintering behavior and densification behavior of the coated nano-composite powders were studied. The effects of relevant process parameters on the properties of composites such as density, hardness and electrical conductivity were analyzed. The results show that nano-Ag / SnO 2 composite powders prepared by electroless plating have good coating structure and uniform particle size, but there is a certain amount of adsorbed impurities, which can remove most of the impurities after calcination at 650 ℃. After sintering under vacuum, higher density, hardness and electrical conductivity were obtained than the non-sintered samples.
