对W6Mo5Cr4V2Al合金钢进行了普通正火、等温正火和锻造余热正火的热处理试验,研究不同热处理工艺对W6Mo5Cr4V2Al齿轮钢的组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,冷却速度的增加和等温温度的降低使贝氏体含量增加,材料的硬度增大。
W6Mo5Cr4V2Al alloy steel was normalized, isothermal normalizing and forging residual heat normalizing heat treatment test to study the different heat treatment process on W6Mo5Cr4V2Al gear steel microstructure and hardness. The results show that the increase of cooling rate and the decrease of isothermal temperature increase the content of bainite and the hardness of the material increases.
