我国医疗体制改革的步伐逐渐加快,使我国公立医院、民营医院以及中外合资医院呈现出互生共存、互相竞争的市场现状。医院的市场竞争说到底是人力资源的竞争,怎样将人力资源的价值最大限度的发挥出来,是现阶段我国公立医院生存和发展的关键性因素。笔者针对公立医院人力资源管理的柔性战略进行研究和分析,首先阐明了当前公立医院人力资源管理的现状,提出其中存在的问题,在此基础上分析了具有针对性的公立医院人力资源管理的柔性战略,认为要提高员工素质与整体水平,同时实施柔性化的管理制度,以期为相关问题的研究提供一些有价值的参考和借鉴。
The pace of reforming the medical system in our country is gradually accelerating, giving the public hospitals, private hospitals and joint-venture hospitals in China the status quo of mutually coexisting and competing markets. In the final analysis, the market competition in hospitals is the competition of human resources. How to bring the value of human resources into full play is the key factor in the survival and development of public hospitals in our country at this stage. The author studies and analyzes the flexible strategy of human resource management in public hospitals. At first, it clarifies the current situation of human resource management in public hospitals and puts forward the existing problems. On this basis, it analyzes the flexibleness of targeted human resource management in public hospitals Strategy, that should improve the quality and overall level of staff, while implementing a flexible management system, with a view to providing some valuable reference for the study of related issues.
