双基与文化是语言学习的核心,湖北高中英语课程整体改革势在必行。本文试图结合作者教学实际,从高中英语课程标准的学习中,对新课标课堂教学中“双基”与“文化”提出自己独到的看法及理解,对其他英语教师学习与理解新课标起抛砖引玉之作用。 Double bases and culture are the core of language learning.
