烟草中含有如尼古丁、蛋白质、纤维素、精油类等多种天然化学物质,其中很多物质对人体有害,此外,烟草中还含有很多致癌及促癌物质,如亚硝胺、甲醛等,以及已经得到鉴定的40多种生物碱和能削弱机体排出异物能力的纤毛毒物质。尼古丁作为烟草以及卷烟的重要成分,约占烟草生物碱总量的95%,其是衡量烟草以及卷烟质量的关键指标。基于此,本文主要以GC法为基础测量烟草中尼古丁的含量。

As an important component of tobacco and cigarettes, nicotine, accounting for about 95% of the total amount of tobacco alkaloids, is a key indicator of the quality of tobacco and cigarettes. Based on this, this paper mainly based on the GC method to measure the content of nicotine in tobacco.
